Ingredients
- ¾ cup FAREX® Muesli with Apple
- ¼ cup self-raising flour
- ½ ripe banana, mashed
- 40g butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tbsps unsweetened apple juice
Method
- Combine FAREX and flour in a large bowl.
- Add banana, butter and juice to dry ingredients. Mix with a spoon and then bring together with your hands.
- Roll teaspoons of mixture into small balls and press onto a lined baking tray. Bake at 180ºC for 12-15 minutes.
Tips:
- Biscuits will be quite moist in the centre.
