Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- 2 tsps margarine or butter
- 2 tsps flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp FAREX® Original Multi-grain Cereal
Method
- Boil or steam cauliflower and broccoli under tender. Puree with a fork or handheld blender.
- Heat butter in a small saucepan. Stir in flour and cook for 30 seconds. Add milk gradually stirring continuously until smooth and thickened.
- Add cauliflower and broccoli puree to white sauce with FAREX . Mix well and serve.
