Ingredients
- 100g lean chicken mince
- 2 tbsps finely grated peeled apple
- 2 tbsps finely grated sweet potato
- 1 tbsp FAREX® Muesli with Pear & Banana
- 2 tbsps water
- ¼ tsp finely chopped parsley
Method
- Cook chicken mince in a small non-stick frying pan until cooked through. Stir in apple and sweet potato. Cook a further minute.
- Add FAREX, water and parsley. Cook until heated through. Serve.
Tips:
- When cooking mince, use a fork to press meat to form a finer mince.
