Ingredients
- 1 small skinless chicken breast fillet, chopped
- ½ carrot, peeled and chopped
- ½ zucchini, chopped
- 1-2 tbsps FAREX® Baby Rice
Method
- Place chicken and vegetables in a small saucepan with ½ cup water. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Cool slightly.
- Purée with a handheld blender until smooth and stir in FAREX to desired consistency.
Tips:
- Any left over purée can be refrigerated for use the following day, or frozen in small portions for later use.
